Return & Refund Policy – The Kalapi

At The Kalapi, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality jewellery and clothing products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

A 25% deduction will be applied to the MRP of the product for all returns, except in cases of incorrect product delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 

2. Damaged Product Returns

No refund will be provided for products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.

For any product received in a damaged condition, you must provide:

A clear, continuous, unedited video of opening the sealed package from start to finish.

The video must show the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product clearly.

Any cuts, pauses, or edits in the video will make it invalid for a damage claim.


If the required video evidence is not provided, the damage claim will not be processed.

 

3. Return Process

1. Initiate Request – Contact our customer care team at info@thekalapi.com or +91 8956445385 within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.


2. Approval & Shipping Back – Upon approval, ship the product back to the address provided by our team. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.


3. Review Process – Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 48 hours.


4. Refund Processing – After successful inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method, after deducting applicable charges.

 


4. Non-Returnable Items

Customised, altered, or personalised products.

Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.

 

5. Important Notes

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The Kalapi reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
